Whenever I go on vacation, I always visit old churches.

The history, architecture and majesty of old churches is

fascinating to me. It is literally God’s footprint on Earth. As

the bride of Christ, churches show us the beauty of God’s

ultimate universe in Heaven. Churches are also a huge

part of our American heritage, whether in full use or a

remnant of a time we used to know. Small churches dot our

landscapes in rural America.
